Opening hours; 10am-7pm Monday to Saturday, 2pm-7pm Sunday

There is no set time limit on booking and all services is subject to availability. However, we would recommend you book between 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. If requests are made to check availability, the only way to guarantee the available space is to make a booking and make payment in full.

Full payment is taken upon non-refundable booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards.  Once payment has been taken it is non-refundable. If you are using any form of voucher towards the balance of the booking then the voucher number must be given at the time of booking and the voucher must be presented on arrival at the spa reception. Failure to provide the voucher on arrival will result in the full payment being requested. No refunds will be made for any vouchers being presented once the booking and payment have been made. 

You will receive a confirmation email once you make a booking. This will outline details of your chosen packages and/or treatments along with arrival times, important pre-arrival information and terms and conditions for the package and/or treatments that you have booked. 

We recommend booking all additional treatments at least 2 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your treatment space. Treatments can be booked by calling our reservations team on 08174921934. Please note, whilst we may have availability we cannot guarantee this for any treatments requested within 1 day or on the morning of your arrival.

Topaz operates a group booking policy, with a maximum group size of 12 guests. This is applicable to guests booking as one group of 6 or several smaller bookings for the same party.

At Topaz we provide robes, towels and slippers for all day spa.

Our gift cards have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase. Discounted monthly deals have a validity of 1 month
