Appointments and Cancellations

Booking Appointments:

– Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person.

– A credit card may be required to secure your booking.

Arrival Time:

– Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment.

Late Arrivals:

– If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next guest. The full treatment price will still apply.

Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 5000 naira per service price.

Spa Etiquette

Quiet Environment:

– To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please speak softly and keep noise to a minimum.

– Mobile phones and electronic devices should be silenced or turned off upon entering the spa,

Children:

– Our spa environment is designed for relaxation. Please make arrangements for children, as the spa is not suitable for them.

Valuables:

– Please leave valuables at home or secure them in the provided lockers. Topaz House of Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen item

Health and Safety

Health Conditions:

– Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking. This helps us tailor your treatment for safety and comfort.

Sanitation:

– Our spa follows stringent sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

Payment and Gratuities

Payment:

– We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and transfers into the company’s account. Payment is due at the time of service and transfers must be confirmed before you leave the premises

– Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm current prices when booking.

Gratuities:

– Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated.

Gift Certificates and Promotions

Gift Certificates:

– Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for six months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotions:

– We offer various promotions and packages. Please check our website or contact the spa for current offers. Promotions are valid within the stipulated time of the promo
